I have developed a strong love for creativity and aesthetics throughout my time at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology as a design enthusiast. I've developed my abilities in a variety of creative fields, from industrial design to graphic design, driven by a passion to create and make an impact. With an excellent sense of detail and problem-solving skills, my goal is to become a designer that not only meets but surpasses expectations. I consider design to be a way of thinking as much as a vocation, and via my work, I hope to enthral, inspire, and provide my audience with memorable experiences.

Cape Peninsula University of Technology

February 2022 -

I have the honour of being able to fully immerse myself in a world where creativity and utility collide as a student of CPUT product design. I have a strong foundation in design concepts, technological know-how, and a comprehensive grasp of user-centered design thanks to my education. I have enjoyed taking on real-world difficulties, such as developing novel product concepts and perfecting prototypes. I've gained the knowledge and experience necessary for the constantly changing field of product design from my time at CPUT, and I've also developed a passion for creating solutions that aesthetically balance form and function, preparing me for the exciting challenges that my design career will present.

CPUT: First Year

February 2022 - December 2022

As a student of product design at CPUT, my first year has been a life-changing experience. I've been exploring the world of design here, and every day has been an educational experience. I now have a strong foundation in design ideas and methodologies, covering everything from the fundamentals to the intricacies of product creation. My ability to solve problems and stimulate creativity has improved as a result of being exposed to a variety of design difficulties. I've had the honor of working with other students who are as passionate about innovation as I am about learning from accomplished mentors. I'm excited to use my newly acquired knowledge and abilities to have a significant effect on the design industry. This year has prepared me for the exciting future I have ahead of me in the dynamic field of product design.

CPUT: Second Year

January 2023 - December 2023

This year, important facets of business, marketing, and manufacturing are covered in addition to design concepts. I now have a thorough knowledge of how design works with the wider business environment. Not only has learning about business expanded my horizons, but it has also given me the tools I need to reconcile creative innovation with commercial needs. I'm thrilled about the chances to realise my creative thoughts and present them to the public as I dig further into the nuances of manufacturing and marketing. During my second year, I've come a long way as a well-rounded and flexible product designer, prepared to leave a lasting impression on the market.

Aspirations

I'm a driven student who is hoping to have a chance to work as a product designer for a firm that is cutting edge. Combining my love of design with the information and abilities I've gained from my academic experience inspires my desire to contribute to creative initiatives. I can't wait to work with experts in the area, use my innovative problem-solving skills, and leave a lasting impression.
